I can not check it all the time, but recently I tested the method described in my blog to watch Tenplay from abroad. To my great surprise it did not work anymore.
Working as a blogger and blogging about how one can watch streaming services and TV channels online you kind of get used to it. It has become more and more frequent to block the services of VPN providers. As a result you can get error messages even though you have a local IP address in the nation of the different TV channels.
It has become clear that Netflix is doing their uttermost to block VPN services and SmartDNS services. It seems as if BBC is following in their footsteps, and based on my recent tests it seems as if Tenplay is also taking some minor steps.
It is on other words not enough to have an Australian IP address anymore if you want to watch Tenplay from abroad. It is not enough to use just any kind of VPN provider. Lots of services and IP addresses are blocked, and that is why I have just updated my instructions on how to watch Tenplay from abroad.
If you want to find out more about which VPN service(s) work with Tenplay, visit the front page of this blog and get started.
Will the described methods last forever?
I can of course not guarantee that, but hopefully they will last for a little while. If you sign up for a VPN service in order to watch Tenplay and other services, I do not recommend signing up for more than one month at a time. This is just to make sure that you do not loose a lot of money in case the service should be blocked the next month.
Do you have any experience with VPN providers working with Tenplay? Or maybe experience about VPN providers that once worked, but no longer work with Tenplay?
